February Rewind

So, my goal for February was to lose 3 pounds and I ended up losing 9. I'd say that was a huge success. 

I was at 174 and this morning, I'm at 165. I only lost 1 inch around my waist though, which seems weird to me but whatever. I am focusing on getting into a healthy weight and BMI at first so my focus is on pounds.

My goal weight is 150, so I'm only 15 pounds away. 


I'm shooting to be at 160 by April 1st and I think I can do it. I thought I could do 3 last month and seriously surpassed my expectations. I have never had this amount of success in weight loss before, so I am really loving these results.

This month's workout goals is to walk at least 2 miles every single day. So far, I'm 5 for 5.

I got the Nike+ Sportsband using my Swagbucks amazon gift cards and I am really into using it. I think the more fun the gear you have, the more fun you're going to have working out.

  1. awesome! Maybe your motivation will rub off on me. I'm in a funk. I'm going to go check out this Nike thingy. I've had my eye on a Polar watch but this keeps popping up around the Internet, too.
